Red Fern Urns prides itself in providing you a beautifully handcrafted urn and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason, however, you are not satisfied you can return the urn to us for a refund or exchange. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will respond with return instructions. Use the administrator e-mail link under "Contact Us" to notify us of your intentions. Once we receive the urn we will mail you a check for the amount of your purchase, less shipping.
Damaged Shipment
All damaged products must be reported to Red Fern Urns within 3 days of delivery. All boxes and shipping materials must be kept. Use the administrator e-mail link under "Contact Us" to notify us of the damages. We will advise you how the claim will be handled.
Sales Tax
All Louisiana residents are subject to a 9% sales tax.
